7 month old changed over night

My LO is 7.5 months old.
He slept 7.30-6.30am
Drank his milk great (28-30oz)
Napped at same time everyday went down easily and always slept over an hour.

Then he's just suddenly changed...

The last week he's sleeping 7.30-5.30 sometimes earlier wake up.

Refusing his milk, struggled to get 21oz in him (managed 25oz the most) but he's not even having a proper breakfast or lunch. Clamps him mouth shut and just wants to play with his food.
Where before that I couldn't fill him, he wanted more and more.

Takes 20 mins to fall asleep for naps. All he does is army crawl around his cot (he's tired he's definitely tired) until he gets stuck and smacks his head on headboard of cot and cries until I move him. Then basically does it until he passes out.

And he seems more angry, like he's frustrated he can't crawl, that's all he wants to do. (But then he spits up if it's been too close to milk feeds or eating)

I've heard of a 7 months sleep regression but does this affect his eating?

I think it’s crawling practice mixed with teething pain

We have had the exact same thing with our just turned 8 month old boy and have put it down To teething, has been refusing food, and has had really disrupted nights

Sounds like frustration with crawling and teething and generally being a baby. I’ve had a bit of that with my 7 month old, the difference is he wants to stand up in his cot all the time which has made getting him to sleep a bit tricky. We found that by lowering his cot to the lowest level it’s helped him to sleep better without as many distractions.
