9 month old not rolling, crawling or standing

DD 9months can sit but sits slumped over not entirely upright.
She can roll onto her side from her back but not all the way and not at all from front. She won't bear any weight on her legs if we hold her up
She will lie on her front for short periods but isn't a fan.
I'm really worried as her older sister was late doing these things but not this late.
She eats well and can guide a spoon into her mouth and hold and drink from sippy cup. In fact she puts absolutely everything in her mouth. She's very bendy- spends most of her time with a foot in her mouth.
Is this normal? Should I be worried and if so- what can I do?
Could this be a sign of significant developmental delay?

My little girl is now 10 months but has only just started rolling over back to front and front to back in the last week or so. She can sit up really well, so not exactly the same as your DD, but also has good fine motor skills (picking up toys, using a spoon etc), chews on everything and is also really bendy! She still at 10 months has zero interest in being laid on her front and seems nowhere near crawling, standing up on her own etc.

I think she’s just been more focussed on fine motor skills than gross motor skills but I’m not worried. DD seems happy and healthy and I think she just had more interest in learning some skills than others at the moment!

I think you really need to see your gp or phn about this. I think babies can be late to do those things but not bearing weight and sitting slumped sound worrying to me. I think it's always best to seek a second opinion because best case scenario you will be told all is well so no harm done, and if you were right to ask to be seen then you can be referred on to the relevant professional. Best of luck x
