3 week old with reflux/colic

My DD is 3 weeks old and has been struggling with reflux/colic since about 12 days old. It happens mainly throughout the night starting at about 10pm and then by 10am the next day she is okay.
I have tried propping her bed up with books at the bottom, infacol, special massages for colic relief, warm baths, burping after every few minutes feeding (she is exclusively breast fed) dummy's (she doesn't like them) but nothing is helping! I am going to try gripe water when she reaches 4 weeks.
I am lucky if I get 2 hours sleep a night at the moment and it's really taking its tole on me ☹️ she cries, moans, kicks about, is sick pretty much all night and I feel so sorry for her! I spent most of last night sat awake looking after her whilst crying to myself.
Has anyone got any ideas that could help? I have spoken to the midwife and a doctor but they just say infacol and lots of burping which I'm doing already.
Thanks! She's my first baby by the way.

Look into a chiropractor, preferably mctimoney that specialises in pediatrics.

You might be surprised at what they can do, without drugs ect.

Is she sick after daytime feeds too?

Have you tried holding her upright for longer after feeds at night? I know it's the last thing you want to do feeling so tired, but if you hold her up for 15 to 20 mins after finishing the feed, she may be more comfortable when lying down? My friends little girl was just like this and being upright helped.
