You see DD was born when DS was 3.3 and I had him well weaned off by then rather than needing cold turkey.

i stopped letting my charge use the buggy after his 4th birhday *but tbh he hardly sat in it at all in the few months before his 4th birthday)

He is now at school and i WONT EVER let him in again, but judging by the fact that the phil and teds was in doubles mode i think he has been in it at the weekend.

Although he is only 4.8 he weighs 21kgs, and has 2 perfectly funtional legs and i REFUSE to push him, end of!

His brother is (just) 2 and i cant see him using a buggy at all after his 3rd birthday... he already likes to walk everywhere!

depends on child and on the sort of walking distances you tend to cover, imo....
People someitmes have a problem wiht Kids that still use a pushchair after the age of 3...., ime those are usually teh people though that tend to use car/public transport to cover the distances I cover walking...so, imo....they have nothing to shout about

ds1 didn't use it much after 2, the last time was 2ym3. We mainly drive places so he only has to walk around when there though, which makes a difference.
