My daughter is 12 months old, she doesnt respond to her name . She doesnt play pikaboo. Im so worried & cant stop crying.

she knows how to turn off the light , and she knows that its sleep time when we do that since she cries and doeant like it.
She sits, stands up, walk by bed sides, eat by herself (doesnt know how to drink)
She plays with her toys, loves tv aloooot and keep shouting and smiling while watching.
She feels my absence and cries if i leave,.
When i uproach to hold her she comes directly.
She bubbles dadadadad babababa kakakkak.
When she is thirsty she keep doing the sound brrrrr brrrrrr

But she doeant pay attention when i call her or when im trying to teach her stuff

She is absolutely fine and totally normal. Some babies react to their names but is it their name or the voice saying the name? Peakaboo might not seem interesting to her , that's it.

If you are worried about her development , the first thing you should do is turn OFF the tv and spend the same amount of time reading to her, playing with her and talking to her.
Remove the screens, the phone, the iPad as in the long run, they weaken the creativity, imagination, and shorten their attention span.

My DS is 13 months old and has such a short attention span. I sit there and wonder how on earth he'll ever learn to talk if he doesn't pay attention to me!! I've recently started reading books and watching YouTube videos on speech therapy, just for some hints and tips on the best ways to communicate! I have to make a real conscious effort because I don't find it comes naturally to me at all. I've started just letting him lead the play and narrating what he does....no words yet, but he seems more engaged!

Your DD sounds fine though!! Importantly, it sounds like she's communicating with you and does have an understanding, so that's great :) To be fair she might just not enjoy peekaboo!

Just keep at it, I know it can be so hard when you're not seeing results (I'm really feeling it), but one day she'll respond in a way you've never seen and it'll be amazing.

Are you worried about autism? I have no reason to really suspect my DS is, but it is something that's always just on my mind. What helps me though is to realise that it's just defining certain personality traits, and being prepared as early as possible is the best thing for you and your child.

She sounds great though don't worry!!

Awwww thank u so much, u guys r giving me alot of relief to be honest.... i think my main mistake is googling all the time .....

They always say that each and every baby is different , then suddenly if a baby is late of doing something at certain age then something is wrong.

I should prob stop googling
