Sensitive issues regarding 4yr old DS

I'm a single mum of one DS aged 4, excellent relationships with his DS who's always at hand etc.

Our little angel has been complaining his willy hurts. Without being weird he does appear to be er, rather well endowed in this area and I don't know but feel it may be relevant as it's the tip which seems to be the point of discomfort & concern, so essentially, we're wondering if his foreskin is too tight? Yes looks that way as nothing else seems at odds.

Does anyone have any knowledge experience of this? My first boyfriend had what he described as a semi circumcised penis. I'm wondering if that was the result of something similar.

Any experience or knowledge kindly welcome.

Hi my son will be 5 this summer. Sorry to be crude but is the tip pink/red? Look sore?

We had the same issue and his dad realised it was because he had not taught him to pull his foreskin back to clean underneath when bathing. My son had to do this gradually (under water helped) and very gently, with guidance from his dad, as my sons was becoming tight and painful. It was getting sore because of a build up of urine trapped underneath when urinating.

Frequent, very gentle washing, with no direct soap and a little bit of Sudocream to soothe afterwards and the problem went away immediately.

Also teaching him to pull his foreskin back slightly before urinating prevents soreness.

I wouldn’t of had a clue but fortunately his dad recognised the issue and when I mentioned it to the doctor he said it is very common in boys with foreskins.

Hi, thank you for your response, yes it does. I shall check this, maybe it's the same reason.
