Morning All

I guess this lockdown is making a lot of us out extra pressure on ourselves but I've been worried about my bad habits with my nearly three year old for a while.

I suffer with chronic fatigue due to sleep apnea so I'm finding I am struggling to parent at times.

I don't really have a circle of mummy friends to bounce ideas off as am an expat.

I feel like I need to get stricter with our routine/habits - would anyone else feel like sharing theirs with no judgements whatsoever ... ?

Ours at the moment

5.15 ish wakes up ---- not ideal
Milk
Tv! Mummy drinking coffee !!!
6am bfast
7am Skype grandparents in UK (sometimes earlier)
8am play with toys .... sometimes more tv if I'm knackered ... bad I know!
Errands, up and about.
10am snack
10.30 family walk
12 lunch
12.30 nap
3pm wake up
Activity garden or something
4.30 dinner
Maybe tv
6pm bath
7pm latest lights out
7.10pm wine and asleep on the sofa 😂 or work until 10pm

I work full time so normally he has preschool from 8.30-4 mon-Thursday but we are juggling all that through the lockdown. It's only been 4 days and I'm knackered..... anyone else losing the plot?

I think your routine is fine. It's quite a long nap and an early bedtime for a three year old, which might explain the early waking....or perhaps he's just a lark! There's nothing wrong with it though if it works for you.

A fair amount of TV, but I wouldn't worry too much about that at this time! Maybe when everything is back to normal work on reducing it a bit and getting him to play by himself?

But it all looks fine to me!

Thank you .... yes I wonder if the tv habit is his or mummys excuse to drink coffee and be on her phone ;-)
