How to stop swaddling at 4 months old

DS is almost capable of rolling over. But I haven't stopped swaddling him so that he could sleep better. But it's reaching that stage it really worries me if he can't use his arms when eventually rolling onto his tummy one day.

The problem of removing swaddling is more than the startling of his arms. The crib he's sleeping has wooden bars all around. His hands kept hitting the wood when not being swaddled and that resulted him waking up.

I have bumpers, but it's been advised against due to Sid risk.

What's the right way to do? Can someone share some tips please?

Thank you...

Even when they learn to roll, they take a little while to be able to roll over in the swaddle.

DS learnt to bust out of his swaddle, so he got used to having his arms out. Then we just replaced it with a grobag, it took 2 or 3 nights for him to get used to it.
