Behaviour problems

I have a just 10 year old daughter. Recently we have been having some serious behaviour problems. Lots of bad language, graffiti on bedroom walls, smacking us parents and brother. She is very highly intelligent and above average of her age. She was tested for ASD when she was 3.5 years old as her preschool had worries but us as parents did not have any. All tests came back clear and just a highly intelligent girl.
The episodes we are having can be dangerous for herself and anyone around.
Can anybody relate to this sudden behaviour?

Has anything changed recently for her, apart from school not being in?

I'd say that this isn't regular behaviour OP and if she was mine, I'd go back to the GP and ask for a referral.

Door slamming, sulking and shouting are pretty normal for preteens but destroying her bedroom and violence are not.

I have been to GP several times. The behaviour started about 8 weeks ago so the school have also witnessed some changes. In my opinion the school have been pin pointing some kind of stuff at home, which has obviously affected us parents. She has seen mental health at the hospital after I took school advice and phoned 999. School NHS nurse says it's not there department, mental health says unless she harms herself it's not there department. Dr has now asked for urgent referral for peadatrician but I personally took it upon myself to involve social services for help. They have made a visit and it seems like a very lot of visitors and paperwork before we get any answers. I am very scared of what she may do before anyone helps us find answers

I'm so sorry that you are being given the run around. Hopefully someone will be along soon who knows more.

Has anything significant happened at home? divorce? new baby? violence? death of a relative?

Might be worth looking at ASD again as I'm sure a lot has changed in the last 6-7 years. The "authorities" can be useless when it comes to mental health but it sounds like you're doing everything you can.
