Just out of curiosity. Mine has had me at the end of my tether today (and for weeks now.)

Mine are way past 5, sorry OP. Do you want to tell us a bit more about what's going on? Smile

I can tell you how my now 8year old was at 5 and still getting worse. Mine hardly sleeps he hits his younger sibling now who is 4 and he floods the bathroom pours water all on his bedroom carpet every week and for last 12months started smearing poo all over the bathroom every other day and also pees on the floor trashes his bedroom pretty much every night. He's on the Go all the time he can have 3hours sleep a night and gets up between 5am and 6am every single morning and hyper as anything. He starts on his big sister all the time at school and tries to fight her in school or get his friends to he's behind In school can't sit still shouts out in class he never stops. I nearly been at breaking point to. But school and gp have sent him to see cahms which is in 2weeks.

Since starting school in September my 5year old daughter definitely pushing her boundaries!! The back chatting and general rudeness when asked to do something as simple as tidy up is sometimes hard to deal with to say the least!
I read posts about how to not at your child and let them “work through their emotions” but don’t know about any of you, after the hundredth time it’s hard work biting your tongue 🤦‍♀️
