Where do you put your 6-12 month old LO while you shower??

My DD is almost 6 months and can roll repeatedly. No room is baby proof and the bathroom has a nasty step that could result in a poorly cracked head. I haven't tried putting her back in her cot while I shower but I do need a solution that she's happy with that will keep her safe for 10 mins, What do you do??

back into her cot

In her bouncy chair and I put her next to me in the bathroom where she can hear the water and see me. She becomes hypnotised by the sound of water, I think. Its really easy to get her to nap after that.

i put ds in his cot or in his playroom which is safe but not "babyproofed" as such and has a stair gate on it so he can't escape.

Used to put DS in his car seat on the floor and play peek-a-boo. Then when he was a bit older I would put him into his cot with a basket of toys. Would have VERY quick showers!
