I buy these kinds of foods for my little one for his dinner and tea he's 11 month on the 19th September is it bad that I use these for his main meals? He gets finger foods and has some of my food of my plate while I'm eating but when should I stop getting these kind of foods for him? And also how and when should I start introducing cows milk as a drink for him for like his morning and night time bottles becuase he likes a bottle when he first gets up in the morning and one before bed and he sometimes had one after dinner or he'll have half a 1 sometimes I'm a bit stuck

Do not give regular cow's milk until your baby is older than 12 months because it does not have the nutrition that infants need. - kidshealth.org

At about seven to nine months, most babies are ready for finger foods cut into bite-sized bits. At this age your baby will start to pick up objects with her thumb and forefinger. This is called the pincer grasp and this new skill will help your baby to pick up smaller pieces of food to feed herself.

taken from babycentre.co.uk

Ideal finger foods for this age are:
tender cooked vegetables such as broccoli or carrot
cooked pasta shapes
meat balls made with well-ground mince, tinned fish or pulses
ripe bananas or stone fruit
soft bread pieces
melon and avocado

all the best
