DD has Noonan Syndrome and is affected in lots of little ways and some huge (really terrible eyesight for one)
Now the eyesight is covered but I need to know how she needs more care than another of her age IYSWIM

So basically
toiletting, can your dc get up on loo, with or without a step on their own and wipe reasonably well?

dressing? how much on their own? Can they do buttons and zips, get things the right way round etc

walking, how far can your dc walk say for a mile into town and how long would it take them? Would they normally fall over much? complain of pain/tiredness after how long?
Do any of your dc's still use a pram?

height and weght if you wouldn't mind?

Sorry of this is dead cheeky btw

For starters
Really appreciate any info

My dd and ds are quite different. Dd can do lots of things that ds couldn't at the same age, but that's quite normal, I think for boys and girls. Anyway, my dd is 4.5 and here are the answers:

toiletting: No problem getting on loo without step and wiping herself

dressing: No problem putting on her clothes and can do pretty much all buttons and zips. Almost always gets things right way round and has done for at least a year (ds is 6.5 and still gets them all wrong).

walking: we live in la so don't do much walking, but I'm sure she could walk a mile at a slightly slower pace than me. Never falls over when walking. Never complains about pain/tiredness (except when she thinks she will get an ice cream to relieve the problem)
pram: haven't used one for years

height: don't know, but above average. Weight, don't know but normal/skinny for her size.

Good luck.

Piffle, DS (4.5) can do more or less everything that has been mentioned here but.... can take half an hour to put a shoe on, 10 minutes to seat in his car seat and 3 minutes to come out of the car. 5 minutes to walk the stairs down if you are hurrying him up but in a few seconds if you are leaving for the park. Walking a mile? I need half a day! He gets distracted with ANYTHING and forgets what he is doing with an enormous facility. And can not walk/run for long without needing his inhaler or somebody to carry him.

He can do buttons if in the mood and allowed a loooong time, zippers as well, he is starting to read but is totally unable to differentiate between right and left, although he is pretty consistant in reading/writing from right to left.
