When do children learn to jump?

I can't imagine not being able to, but I guess you have to learn it.

think from 2.5-3 is normal for both feet off the ground jumping.

DS is 2.9 and can jump with both feet off the ground. Not sure when he started though.

He gets a lot of practice on our beds

In that case I'm very impressed with DD1 as she's just started to do it - she's 19 months!

2-3 is probably normal, i have known 1yo's jump and 4yo's who can't. as with everything there is a wide range!

My dd could do it before she was 2 I'm sure. But if she still couldn't now, at 2.7, I wouldn't be overly worried.

Dd1 is 3.2 and cant jump even when holding on to omething, dd2 who is 1 can jump when holding on to the chair.

dd is 2.4 and ha been able to do it since before she was 2... not sure when exactly

she likes to jump
