Ds is 4, he is generally a happy easy going boy but over the last 3 months or so gets very angry/upset when he can not do something, i.e. playing a game on the tablet and he can not make the character do what he wants, or doing the buttons on his school t-shirt ends up with him crying or screaming in frustration. How can I help him cope with this, I know he will be able to do the things he is struggling with and sometimes he can do the thing that is causing the frustration like his buttons. I tell him not to worry and if he is stuck it is ok to ask for help. But to be honest I am the same and want to be able to do things myself and have been know to cry in frustration like after a crap driving lesson last week and I think a lot of it comes from wanting to be independent/do it himself.
