feet turned inwards with 20month old

dd is 20 months and has had feet turned inwards. she was bow legged when younger so didn't realise how bad it was, now legs have almost straightened out and feet still turned inwards.

i thought it would sort itself out but its 20 months now and still no progress. she walks and runs, but has big feet (size 8) and height of a 3 years old.

my nephew is the opposite, feet turned outwards but this seems less alarming and more 'normal'

anyone have experience of this?
as i say it doesn't 'seem' to be affecting her wlaking or running, but worried this may change later.

My daughter was born with her feet turned in. It was called Positional Talipes. We saw a physio therapist within a few days and had to manipulate her feet to straighten them for a few weeks and they were nearly straight.

When she was a toddler we were advised to put her in boots rather than shoes for as much as possible to support her feet. Thankfully she started to walk in the winter so boots were more appropiate then anyway.

I would see your HV or GP for more advise. If you live anywhere near Hoddesden in Herts there is a brilliant children's shoe shop run by a podiatrist who is excellent at advising and fitting shoes.
