10 week old screaming all day

My little girl is now 10 weeks, although she was born 4 weeks early so generally treated as around 6 weeks by health visitors etc for general milestones and development.
She is breastfed apart from 1 bottle of formula at night (working towards this being EBF).
She sleeps well from 8-4 with one wake up and generally sticks to this every night, however during the day she screams and screams pretty much constantly. We've used infacol as most of the time she's bringing her legs up and seems like she's in pain, but if it's working it's definitely not solving the issue. It's sigh a deafening piercing scream that I find very hard to cope with for 12 hours a day! I burp her after every feed and in between sides and also do bicycle legs on her to help things move and get the gas out, she farts a LOT.
She doesn't like her swing, bouncer, pram or sling. Even being held she screams a lot of the time and it seems the only way to ever stop it is to give her a boob for comfort but I just can't do that all day.
Is it just something she will grow out of/does anybody have ANYTHING I can try? Getting desperate Sad

Sounds like silent reflux! Ranitidine or gaviscon can work well

Also try some upright positions for 30 mins after a feed and property the head end of her cot up.

My LO is 10 weeks old as well and increasingly gassy. I think they have sore tummies and don't know how to cope! To keep hold of my sanity I put him in a sling and walk (and bf) him to sleep a couple of times a day. I also have a 2 year old so had to make it work. Have you tried feeding in a sling? It's tricky but if it's reflux could help as the baby will be upright and it'll give you a chance to get some fresh air (and hopefully put her to sleep!). Good luck. The crying is heart breaking and nerve shredding in equal measures!

My baby was exactly the same and I was really struggling to cope. It turns out she has a cows milk protein allergy and also silent reflux but it did take a while and me breaking down at the doctors for anything to be done. If you feel something isn't right I would go to HV or GP until something is done
