Need advice with 7 month old

I have an issue with my 7 month old and so far the doctors and dietitian have been little help and seem to have no idea whats wrong with him.

He's been hospitalized 4 times so far and diagnoses have been: reflux, milk allergy, teething and colic.
He's been treated for all of this, some treatments being: anti reflux formula, ranitadine, soy formula, infacol, nutramigen formula, carobel and his current formula infatrini peptisorb.

None of this has improved his condition, he won't have more than 4oz of milk and is now refusing solids. He's spitting up or throwing up frequently at night, some nights this has meant has bedding has had to be changed three times during the night. I'm at a loss of what to do with him now since he's refusing solid foods or only eating small amounts. In the past he has pooped his food out the same as it's gone in, the rest of the time he has very runny poos three or more times a day.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Anything that could be causing this?
The dictation is suggesting a routine but so far no improvement.

He may just be teething. I am aware that vomiting and diarrhoea is common when teething. All I can say is continue to feed solids, even if in small amounts.
What I do with my 7 month old is if he has had milk I would wait al least another hour before I feed him solids. Now he eats fine. AH

I would ask for a referral to a children's hospital if he isn't already being seen by one. There he can be seen by paediatricians who specialise rather than just general paediatricians.

He's been poorly like this since two weeks old, I doubt that's teething but the doctors can't tell me if it is or not.

I don't think we have a children's hospital on its own, he's been taken to the childrens ward 4 times so far and seen by the doctors there, they all was at a lost with him.

He's currently having to be on special formula because before he wasn't eating enough to gain weight. I'm really trying the best for him but I'm getting nowhere.

Assuming you're in the UK, they should be able to refer him to your nearest children's hospital. It may be a long way away in your nearest city but there will be one that children with more complex problems are referred to.

You might have to be a bit pushy but I don't think it's unreasonable if the local paediatricians can't work out what is going on.

I'll be asking at his next appointment but so far the dietitian won't refer him to anyone. I've asked about parasites and she said it's unlikely, I also asked to have him check and if he could see a doctor to check his stomach over, she said to see how it goes. She also said if he had a tup my issue she'd be able to hear it and she can't.
