I have a 9 year old daughter who's always been loving and caring we've just started letting her out to play with her friends but in the last few weeks her attitude has changed she's short tempered, refuses to sleep most nights it's gone 11pm (she goes to bed at 8 on school nights and 9 none school nights) she's always been pretty good at bed time, she answers back, screams and shouts at me she came running down stairs the other night and hit me after saying I was taking to loud I was so shocked I have grounded her for her behaviour but she isn't bothered. Can anyone give me any advice on what to do please? X

It could be the start of her hormones changing OP. When my DD began to show these signs, I worked to limit the amount of sugar and processed foods she ate. Plus lots of water. It really helped.
