7 year old trying to rule the roost

My 7 year old boy is a delightful little boy who has excellent manners and is very polite. Until of course somebody does something he doesnt like, or something doesnt go his way. It is really starting to piss me off and i now drad the school runs as if my other son happens to come out with a packet of sweets because it was a birthday - all hell will break loose with my 7 year old. It is absolutely ridiculous. The main issues i see with him is that jealousy is something he seems to have great difficulty with.
Me and my sons dad arent together, and havent been since he was born. His dad spoils him rotten and sends him over with things and tells him he is the boss of whatever it is he has sent. This pisses me off, as i try to get across that we share etc.
The recent thing he sent was two sofa cushions. Yes what the actual fuck! Apparently my son wanted to bring them (it was dark, i just took the bag not knowing what was in there). So now if his siblings just so happen to sit on them world war 3 breaks out. The cushions are going back to his dads on friday, or they are going in the bin.
I am making tea (trying to) and my 7 yearold is in the next room repratedly shouting 'mum' rather than getting up, coming to me and speaking to me like a human being! I have told them i will not respond to my name being shouted, and if they want/need me they can use their legs and come and speak to me.
I have had to come on here to vent because im getting so frustrated. 25 fucking minutes!

Every single day it is something! When he gets told off he says he is being told off for nothing, calls his siblings names etc. He just turns in to a complete nasty boy.

He was telling me for weeks he was being hit off of a child - i would talk to him about it and apparently he had accidently punched them in the face first, or kicked them by accident.

Now his dad wouldnt listen or accept my sons version of events. He just told our son to punch them in the nose until it bleeds. Where as i try and encourage them to tell the teacher. My son refused to listen to me because obviously smacking someone seemed a much

It sounds as though it's more a dad problem than a son problem?

I dont think he helps. He eventually told my son to stop hitting back and to tell the teacher when i shouted at him. Telling him he can take our son to school from now on as i am being pulled daily as if im to blame - explaining our son is about to be placed under a behavioural teacher at school if he doesnt stop hitting people. Dads response was that he would rather his son be the bully than be bullied! So now he tells him he must speak to the teacher because 'mum says so' - making it obvious he is not happg about saying it!

How do you get through to someone who sees everything as crticism(sp?) and refuses to change their ways out of fear they are 'doing as they are told'?

I am made out to be mean to our son when i try to implement rules and boundaries that are within the 'norm' and dad seems to go out of his way to put our son in a position to break them, or at least try to.

I wonder if dad does this deliberately? He would even refuse to stop giving him sweets - he just allows him to eat absolute shit when he has him. I rarely buy sweets. The dentist would look at me and speak firmly to me telling me to stop giving him sweets. In the end i told him he could take him to the dentist and take flack for it. The sweets got less.
Sorry im ranting
