My ds is 13 months. His rountine is:
Wake any time from 5.30 to 7. If early it tends to be because of a nappy, change and put back down. Usually will drop off again or at least lie quietly and play with softies until nearish 7. 7oz bottle.
Breakfast 8.30 Fruit first then porridge, toast or weetabix.
Down for nap about 9.30, sometimes earlier. This can be the longest nap of the day, (up to 2 hours if I let him) but usually wake as we have to go out just after 10.30.
4 days a week is at creche at the gym, has water and a biscuit there about 11.30
Lunch is about 1ish, and is pasta, or mash and veg, or whatever we've had the night before. Plain yog for pud
Down for nap 1.30ish, and again, length of this varies from 1.5 hours to 3. 4 oz bottle on waking.
Dinner about 6ish or later this is his favourite meal as it's finger foods sweetcorn, cucumber, tomato, celery, olives, apple, bread cheese, carrot, basically whatevers in the fridge and suitable. Pudding is usually homemade cake or maybe maltloaf or rice pudding.
Bath at about 6.45 and then 6oz bottle and bed about 7.15-7.30.

How did you get on the Twickers?

DD had MMR on Wednesday and whilst she was there the nurse said 'whilst she's here we may as well give her the pneumonia jab, she has had a reaction on that leg and has been waking at 2am and then sleeping in with me! My mum took her for the jabs as I was working apparently DD kept whacking the nurse as she was trying to do the 2nd jab! Like batting her away - poor little mite I hate injections.

One other thing... DD point blank refuses to hold a bottle but happily drinks juice from a tommy tipee cup, fill the cup with milk and she just chucks it on the floor! Diva!

Cubby I'll be trying the malt loaf & celery on DD cheers for the tip!

Anyone else had problems with injections & did your LO have the pneumonia one?

twickersmum · 08/12/2006 23:44

nannynickers - another bad night
went to bed no problem at 7.30pm
fed her at about 12
then again at 4am
then she slept til 8.30am
shame dd1 is an early bird, or we could at least have had a lie in.

she's barely eaten today (3 bottles of milk in the night, i am not surprised)
watering it down EVEN FURTHER tonight - see how we get on.

twickersmum · 08/12/2006 23:45

twickersmum · 14/12/2006 07:06

hey... not sure if anyone is there but we just had 2 good nights!!! AT LAST!

Monday night - refused to feed her in the night (just one bottle at midnight), was up settling her between 2.15 and 4.45 AH!
Tuesday night - fed her at midnight, then she moaned from about 3-4.30 but no more than a moan, certainly not a "pick me up and feed me" cry. got up at 6.20am!
Last night - stirred at midnight, i patted her "shhhh", then nothing til 5am, which i ignored and she got up at 5.55. Total result
Let's hope i haven't spoken too soon!

justaphase · 14/12/2006 08:05

twickers well done to your dd, fingers crossed you have solved the problem now

nannynickers - my ds had three injections in one go poor thing - the MMR, the MenC booster annd the new vaccine. I would not have allowed it but we were travellling to South America and I decided I'd rather have him all vaccined up before we go.

He was 12 months and 2 weeks.

He was brilliant, had no reaction at all.

twickersmum · 14/12/2006 19:37

thank you!
i feel a bit nervous about tonight... please let it be a good one. I am so happy we seem to have turned a corner. i couldn't bear it if it was a one off!

nannynickers · 15/12/2006 17:31

Congrats Twickers it will all come together don't you worry! How was Thursday night? Winner?
