A bottle on waking then
Porridge / Weetabix
Slice of Toast
Watered down juice

Bottle (Mid morning then nap)

Main meal of the day plus
Small Yoghurt
Cheese / Rice Cake
Drink of milk

Banana
Rice Pudding / Scrambled Egg
Toast / baby flapjack

Bottle at bedtime

Just a sample. Constantly trying to get him to eat a wider variety of tastes and textures.

Why do you ask OP?

My little boy is my third child and born the biggest but doesn't eat as much as his sisters did. He's just more interested in being on the go. And Hal the time he wants to feed himself which is lovely but half ends up in the floor! He has a good go but not as much as I think he needs.

Like today
Breast milk
Wheetabix
Water
Rice cake snack
Couple of yoghurts
Water
Handful of strawberries
Fish, potatoes, and veg which half ended up in the floor.
Then milk for bed

Not a lot at all. I think this is a contributing factor for why bed not sleeping well at night.

Maybe a snack before bedtime milk might fill him up and help him sleep better (sorry not sure from you schedule above whether you are already doing this)?

Could you try him with a few drinks of full fat cow's milk along with / instead of water to fill him up as well?

I know exactly where you're coming from with regards to feeding themselves and a lot of the meal ending up on the floor / in their hair / over their clothes etc Grin which does make it difficult to gauge how much they're actually eating!

Reflux baby so he's been a bottle/milk refuser since 4 months. Food is his only source of calories so I try and cram as much in as possible.

Yesterday, DS ate:
Big bowl of porridge and fruit
Yogurt
Cheesy pasta stars (medium bowl)
Pineapple chunks (5) and peach slices (4)
Rice cakes and fruit
Sausages (2 full size) and mash (1/2 big potato) with gravy
Custard
Bowl of porridge before bed

It seems like a lot but no independent milk intake at all. It's also very smoosy food as DS doesn't do well with texture.

Mine is 13 months but he eats loads - at least as much as his 4 year old brother. He's 91st centile though. His brother was 25th centile and never ate this much.
Typical day:
6oz milk
a crumpet with peanut butter and a banana
half a jacket potato and a tablespoon of beans/chilli, grated cheese and a yoghurt
couple of rice cakes/handful of grapes
half a fish fillet, tablespoon of rice, half a corn on the cob and a satsuma or yoghurt
6oz milk

Ds is 16 months so a bit older but average day is;
Breakfast-Weetabix with a fruit pot or porridge with a banana
10ish- Slice of malt loaf, crumpet, biscuit if at toddler group
Lunch- Tuna sandwich (1 slice of bread so 1/2 sandwich), piece of cheese, 6 strawberries. Or scrambled egg, cheese or beans on toast, or omelette, or hummus and pittas and salad- Whatever I'm having +some fruit
3ish- yogurt, fruit
5.30- Fish pie and veg, shepherds pie &veg, Spag bol, pasta, broccoli and cauliflower cheese- he has large portions.
7.15- Milk (around 220ml)

With portions, if I give him pasta it would fill my cupped hands, sausage& mash would be 1 whole sausage, 2 heaped tbsp mash and 2 heaped tbsp veg. He really does eat a lot-he'll pretty much eat whatever's offered, but he sleeps well- he now goes 7.15/30pm-6.30/7am.

At 15 months Dd2 only ate one or two mouthfuls a day and the rest was breast milk.
At the ripe age of 16 months she is now on three solid meals a day (maybe two heaped tablespoons worth) and gets stroppy if a meal is late Grin
Plus some snacks.
No idea what changed.

Dd 1 was very similar but didn't start until 20 months Shock and now has hollow legs.
