15 mo waking up for a feed in the middle of the night

Hi everyone, I hope someone could help or at least commiserate with me :)
My 15 mo DD has always been a good eater and we've been successfully doing BLW since she was 6.5 mo.
She normally wolfs down her food (well, apart from vegetables, which is possibly a topic for another thread), has a little play, bath, boob and is off to bed without any protesting.
Since last week she's become much fussier with her food all of a sudden; she eats some bits and pieces, but nearly not as much as she used to and often gets upset, pointing at something in the kitchen, throwing food off the table etc. Since she doesn't eat as much as she used to for tea she wakes up in the middle of the night (usually around 1am-2am) and won't go down until I breastfeed her. Normally she sleeps ok-ish through the night, waking up only if she gets too hot or loses her dummy and it's always enough to just go into her room, give her the dummy and give her a gentle pat/rub on the back to get her back to sleep. She normally wakes up around 6am and goes to sleep around 715-8pm (8 pm being the absolute latest).

I'm getting really frustrated as I feel like I'm going backwards. It took us a bit of effort to get her to sleep well (weaning her off the night feeding when she was 9.5 mo as she was a boob monster who'd snack every 1.5 hours through the night) and I don't want to go back to having to feed her through the night as I'm sure she's big enough not to need night feeds anymore. She was doing fine without them for so many months!

I think she is teething (cutting one of the molars and it looks like half of it is out already) but we've been giving her Calpol and it didn't seem to make a difference. We try not to give her too many snacks before dinner either.

I guess after writing this novel all that's left for me to say is HELP. Is this normal? Is it just a phase that will pass (please let it be a phase!) I want my old nice eating baby back! I always thought if I do BLW I'll manage to avoid any fussy eating periods, bah!

My 15mo DD went completely off her food for about 11 days when cutting her molars. As in, she would only drink water and tiny amounts of milk. It was horrible but she is making up for it now!

I find that Calpol is ok for teething during the day but I tend to give Nurofen for the night as it seems to last longer. You can alternate the 2 as long as you don't exceed the dose of either.

I also find Nelson's teething powders a godsend when she is being grumpy and clingy.

Good luck.

Agree sounds like teeth. Perhaps the comfort she gets from a feed is the only thing that makes her feel better? Deffo try nurofen though.

Thanks guys, Nurofen purchased, we'll see what tonight brings! (I actually have been out so DH put DD to bed and apparently she went down without a struggle. So far so good!

My DS would only take milk when teething once night weaned at 8 months. So a big bottle of cows milk would generally sort him out at night if he woke. Could you do that instead of bf?
He has always woken up in the night with teething.
I also second nurofen over calpol.

Can't do cow's milk as DD has CMPI Sad
I tried giving her water but she only takes a few sips and wants boob ??
