the whole eating thing and a 16mth old

I'm really struggling with my 16mth olds eating/drink and I would love some advice on how to make things better please

B was BLW from 6mths but has never ben a good eater, she often doesn't eat anything at meal times. She is a good snacker though and she loves her milk.
If I withhold snacks she screams until fed.
She has a bottle before her nap after lunch and will only go to sleep once she is full, this can often mean having another 4oz on top. Once full she will happily go off to sleep. It's the same at bedtime
She's seems to be very picky when it comes to food, some days she will eat things, other days she won't touch it. If you can get her to try something she will usually eat it but it's getting her to try things without forcing it down her.
But if I bring out a banana or satsuma or marmite rice cakes she will wolf them down, so it's not that she isn't hungry.
Ideally I want to be in a position where she eats sufficient food throughout the day to not be so reliant on milk to go to sleep at both her sleep times. I also want to get her off drinking milk from the bottle.
I can cope with the snacking as I give her what she would have for lunch etc as a snack.

I have no idea how to change any of this, please help
Thanks

My 13 month old sounds very similar - and I can really relate to the screaming, she has a will of iron and if she's hungry she will eat. She now also gets to the fridge when I open it (if I'm not quick enough) and if she's in the mood for milk screams and cries and pulls at the bottle, which is in the fridge door at her height, until I give her some!!

I am probably of a slightly different mindset as this is my third child and I have one picky (but getting a lot better) eater and one pretty good eater and I tried really hard to do it right with both of them!! So I am just going to go the "easy life" route at least until DD is properly verbal and understanding at maybe 2.5 - 3. I will offer her healthy food at meal times but if she wants to refuse it and fill up on healthy snacks and milk instead I really don't mind!
