I Don't Know...

Any tips to speed this phase up - it's a touch irritating?! DD (2.10). The answer to every question this week has been "I don't know". Even the most straightforward stuff that she clearly knows! When pressed or a ludicrous suggestion is put forward she will volunteer an answer, but for the most part she seems to be feigning ignorance.

don't ask questions.

if you say "what would you like to drink" and she says "i don't know" then just say "ok, let me know when you decide"

Whats the question?
If its to test her knowledge (what colour is it etc) she may be getting fed up proving she knows stuff specially if she knows you know she knows!
If you are giving her options for things she would like I'd just make the choice myself if my dc pissed around choosing something.
Try not to show too much irritation she may enjoy it more.

The child in this post is my niece before you all thought I. Was just being mean Blush

Ha, big paws...don't think she thinks it is funny, think she just takes after her lazy mother!

It's stuff like 'what did you do at nursery', or 'well where did you put your sandals' and other toddler conundrums. Pain in the proverbial, but not the worst she could do...
