There's something wrong with my son

Please help I have no idea what to do he is 3.5

He is being so well behaved!!!!

For the past 2 days he has happily done everything I've asked him to do

He has cleared away his toys without having a meltdown
He has eaten all his breakfast, lunch, and tea without throwing it around the table
He has happily left the park, when.i.asked!!
He has walked by my side in the shops without having to touch everything
And he has gone to bed without a fight

Wtf is this all about??

Surely he must be coming down with something of to check the NHS symptom checker

don't worry, it's probably just a phase and he will grow out of it. I do see some slightly alarming signs of a well-balanced, polite, confident human being (so possibly not quite normal for a 3.5 yo); but I'd wait until he is a stroppy, back-chatting, defiant 5 year just to be sure

My DD is entering the 'terrible twos'. Good to know there may be light at the end of the very long tunnel.

LEMingaround, checked under the rug, down the toilet, in the washing basket, under his bed, and in my shoes, all his usual hiding places, No signs of anything broken

This is worrying me

The first time DS went through a similar 'phase' I remember thinking "I've got this parenting lark sussed now - look at how lovely he is".

So wrong in so many ways! Within a week it was business as ususal.

But there have been similar 'outbreaks' of civility over the years. My advice: enjoy it while it lasts.
