12 week old baby suddenly won't sleep

Hello I'm just after some advice. My baby is 12 weeks old and was previously quite a good sleeper. Sometimes it would take a while to settle her but once she was asleep she could go 6-8 hrs once even 11 hrs. However the last week has been horrendous, she's been really clingy in the day, irritable and now won't go in her crib unless i breastfeed her or rock her to sleep (it took 3 hrs tonight). Her waking in the night seems to be getting more frequent and then its taking longer to settle her down. I think she's been going through a growth spurt as she was breastfeeding constantly but that seems to have settled down again now and she did have her immunisations 3 days ago. Is this a normal phase that will correct itself or am I doing something wrong?

It sounds totally normal. 4 mo DS is just starting to settle down again though he has just got over his first cold poor chap.
Keep doing whatever works for you, try not to worry and panic that you need to change anything (she says having done this herself ha ha!). The old cliches are right - it will pass and you will get your good sleeper back again one day.

Yeah I think this sounds all completely normal. My dd started waking at this age too and went on to wake every hour every night for 3 months! Not saying this will happen for you but like all phases it passed and even now at 20 months I still don't know if I'm going to get up in the night with her or not. As some advice during this phase get as much sleep as possible so even if this means going to bed at 8pm..do it! Before you know it, all will seem well again :-)
