I dont know but I suspect mine has nice dreams about boobies as he does a little smirk and makes suckling motions with his mouth, its very cute!

Could the screaming be reflux? Perhaps once she is horizontal the stomach acid could be making her uncomfortable? But then again I suppose that would last for more than 2mins. Sorry to be no help!

Watching with interest as mine often cries in his sleep. So they definitely do dream. I can tell it's a dream because his eyes are moving around and they're like quiet little sobs rather than pained screams. It's awful. He smiles in his sleep too so he must be getting a good mix of dreams!

Sorry no advice though. I guess talk to your HV if you're concerned. You're not alone though.

Of course babies dream, including nightmares and night terrors.

Well mine talks in her sleep(baby chatter) and she's 17months, gets it from her Grandad:/

Mine does the same thing but I'm afraid something hurts him while he's sleeping, because the dream cry sounds like a colic cry.

My ds does this on occasion. He has silent reflux, which could be it, but I think it's often just trapped wind as he's more likely to do it if he's not burped before going down. At three months I (touch wood) find it happens less often.
