I thought it was about time we had another one of these.

Mine is in the garden, eating a sausage, kicking a beach ball around and singing "One boy and his sausage, went to mow the world..."

and now she is running around like a lunatic!! as ninny is here... she is due for her bedtime in a bit

charliecat · 08/07/2006 19:46

Feeling very sorry for themselves. They spent a good hours building a load of playmobil. Then they punched each other. So I put all the playmobil back in the toy box and all thier hard work was wasted.

DD is in bed trying to sleep but is coughing and coughing and is getting more and more fraustrated and tired as i type... poor little thing ( shes Six mths)

Earlybird · 08/07/2006 19:56

Just read dd a story, and was ready for a good chat/cuddle....and then she started getting demanding/bossy/argumentative. There are too many evenings where I close the door to her room wishing we could have parted on a lovely, warm note. Maybe she falls apart when she's tired, but she's often a bit obnoxious just before bed...

nutcracker · 08/07/2006 19:57

Blondilocks · 08/07/2006 19:58

hulababy · 08/07/2006 20:51

4yo DD has just recently gone to bed. I left her a few moments ago "reading" to herself, after we did a little reading practise and then had a story. Later night today as me. DH and DD all sat and watched a film with chocolate and popcorn (wine for Dha nd me too) under the duvet. Watched Nanny McPhee and DD really enjoyed it

Blandmum · 08/07/2006 20:52

both sleeping

Greensleeves · 08/07/2006 20:52

One is sleeping like an angel, and the other is giggling snottily into the intercom, muttering "poo-bum, poobum" in the mistaken hope that one of us will be fooled into thinking he needs changing and go and get him up (it's his new trick)

SherlockLGJ · 08/07/2006 20:52

DS 5 has been in bed for 2 hours.

Reece · 08/07/2006 20:52

DS2 fast asleep. DS1 just climbed out cot and we heard his tiny feet stomping upstairs. Can't cleep poor thing. We let him nap too long this afternoon and now we are paying for it.

Greensleeves · 08/07/2006 21:01

I wouldn't let ds1 (3.10) see Nanny McPhee because it was too disturbing

My friend was disgusted with me, she had brought it specially

expatinscotland · 08/07/2006 21:02

one is sleeping, the other is goofing off in her cot; trying to put her feet, which are in a grobag, into her mouth.

Posey · 08/07/2006 21:06
