Sleepyhead for co-sleeping

Just after some MN advice, has any one got / used the Sleepyhead baby pod? Is it as good as the reviews out there?

At £90 it is an expensive piece of kit, but for the first 6 months of baby's life I'm going to be struggling for space so this seems like a good idea as I won't have space for both a Moses basket & cot & had liked the idea of co-sleeping but was a worrier about it too.

Thoughts please xx

honest opinion? looks like an absolute rip off...

are you supposed to have it in bed with you? won't that mean there is no room for your partner/husband (if you have one)?

co-sleeping is safe if done properly, you don't need to spend lots of money on a special thing, plus normally when you co-sleep you can just feed baby and then go back to sleep, I think with this you would have to actually sit up and get baby back into it.

alternatively, if you have space to put the cot in your room then you could take the side off, and have it pushed up against your bed. that way you can just roll baby back into it after night feeds :)

No other half, he kindly left me last week at 7 months pregnant (a whole other story lol!)

Space is a slight issue & don't know how much room there will be for a cot, in a 1 bed tiny flat at the min but hoping to be moved by the time LO is 4/5 months old

Thank you for replying :) x
