At what age do you change dummy size?

Got DD who is 7 months. Size 6 months+ looks too big for her so she is sill using size 0-6 months. Should I change them to bigger size anyway? I want to buy her some more but not sure what size to get.

I would buy the next size up if you're buying new but I've never fussed too much over the sizes, beyond not shoving a 9-18m dummy into a tiny newborn mouth :o

DD2 has just turned 17m and has only now begun to register her annoyance at the 0-3m dummy that she keeps finding under the sofa Blush

I never changed with mine. Unless it keeps falling out and they are getting annoyed with it, I'd just stick with what suits them.

Dts is 16 months and I've never changed the size. He seems fine as knows no different.

I reckoned the smaller the teat the less damage (might be talking total crap thoughGrin)

I have never changed ds's dummy size, my logic is that my nipples don't change size so why should the dummies?
