With my DS I used to keep a portion of whatever we had eaten for dinner the night before to give him at lunch time as I found he ate more at lunch than at dinner time.
Breakfast I usually just serve cereal like weetabix, ready brek, rice crispier, cornflakes. You could try toast or yoghurt and fruit.
At lunch time he would have anything really, e.g. roast chicken, home-made chilli con carne, home-made spaghetti bolognese, lemon & tarragon chicken, stir fry and egg noodles.
At dinner time he particularly liked toast at that age, so I would do anything on toast e.g. Marmite, scrambled eggs, cheese. Or sandwiches, crumpets, bagels, pitta bread are good alternatives. I'd serve these with finger food like cucumber sticks, cherry tomatoes etc., with yoghurt for afters.
The main thing to remember is they're just experimenting with food at this age, so it doesn't matter if they don't eat much. I found DS gradually decreased the amount of milk he had, but take your cue from your baby, let them choose when to cut down their milk.
