How many naps does your 12m have?

Both of mine had two. Short am and longer pm.

There is a sleep regression around this age so don't be tempted to drop naps too quickly as could be that.

13months - 2 naps one mid morning one mid afternoon. Ideally at least an hour each nap although sometimes we have nap fails where he wakes up after a short sleep. From what I have read it is best to keep 2 naps till at least 15 months and then you start to make the change to one nap.

13 months. Two naps, one in the morning at around 9.30 for an hour to an hour and a half. And another at around 1pm for an hour and a half to two hours.

No issues with nighttime sleep, is in bed and asleep by 7pm and wakes at 6.50am on the dot every morning. (She was a Gina Ford baby, can you tell!?)

Not planning on dropping naps. I love her having them :)

She usually has 12:30 for two hours. Then awake until like 8/830

Or if we're not at playgroup that day she'll nap earlier and sometimes have another, and sometimes not...

We were down to one nap at lunchtime by 12 months. Morning nap started to get more tricky so it made sense.
