dd nearly 5 still wetting at night

My dd 4, she is 5 in a few months still wears pull ups at night, but recently she decided all by herself that she would wear knickers at night. 3 days she was dry but then she was wet again, and last night didn't even notice she had wet and came down in soaking wet pjs with no care in the world.
My other two dds were trained night and day by now, but for some reason she isn't ready for being dry at night yet. Is this normal, should i worry and what is the best way to go about it? Pull ups or knickers?

She does have speech problems and special needs but i'm unsure whether they would contribute to wetting. We still have issues with her having bottles at night, that's another issue i need help with, i have tried giving her bottles to the 'fairy' but because her sister still has bottles she gets very jealous and i relent.

Does anyone have any advice tia x

My son couldn't get dry at night so we were referred to the continence clinic after his 7th birthday which is the earliest you can be referred.

They explained to him about how your body makes wee, how it slows down at night and how he could train for the nights. The rules were:

Drink plenty during the day so not extra thirsty in the evenings;
No drinks for 1.5 hours before bed;
Last drink not to be milk (as the fat content makes them more likely to wee);
No black currant (it irritates the bladder);
No caffeine;
No nightlights (you need the bedroom to be dark enough or the hormone to switch off wee production overnight);
Two wees. This means one wee when you start getting ready for bed, then last thing before settling down, another wee.

This has really worked for us. He did have an accident a couple of weeks ago, but that was probably the first one this year.

My dd was five before we stopped using night nappies - she just wasn't ready, but then suddenly was dry in the mornings. I tried not to stress about it ( though I was a bit concerned)
