"Research shows that she will prefer to listen to nursery rhymes than a nondescript musical tone."
according to my MN newsletter for my 9 month old.
Is this actually true?
I would rather think it depends on what music the child has been subjected to throughout pregnancy and her life so far, surely?
DD really loves the church organ - she was listening to the voluntary last night at evensong as if it was the best thing in the world ever (sorry Organist about that!
)
she does like the sing-song nursery rhymes, but I'm sure she prefers the organ.
what do you think?
(I suppose I'm asking for experiences...)
:)
