At what age, I mean, and should I not be turning it into a gameBlush

Ds keeps handing me a box with a lid, says "Happy Birthday Mummy it's a (whatever colour) brick!"

I then take off the lid and pretnd to be horrified at the fib (as it is always a different colour to what he told me)

He rolls around laughing on the floor for a good 2 minutes every time.

Of course you should turn it into a game - he is playing a trick on you! Or a practical joke.
Lying, indeed!

I know, I know, just hoping I'm not encouraging a Borstalite here...

It is a fab game though, the more horrified I am the longer he laughsGrin

PMSL FioFio. Dh has just looked in to see what I'm laughing at.

I don't think that's really lying. Just playing a joke. Lying is saying someone bullying you at school and they aren't after you've been in four days in a row to hound the teacher and then comfronted other childs mum. Grounded until he's twenty one now.
