My DS is 2.10, for roughly 6 - 8 months he had an issue with waxy ears which meant he was hearing like he was underwater at best, GP dismissed concerns as first time parent woes, eventually resolved issue myself with help of HV. DS was tested for damage to hearing from blockage in ears, luckily no lasting damage. However this did cause his speech to be behind.

He saw a SALT about this but was not seriously enough delayed (!!!) to warrant treatment as services are "stretched" in my area.

DS speech has come on a lot, nursery are now not concerned as such about his speech, but id like to know what else I can do to help him?

We already took away his dummy, talk to him sing with him etc. he does speak in sentences and have a broa range of words but we need to work on his pronounciation, as words come
Out jumbled and in cases unfinished.

Anyway any tips greatfully recieved? TIA
