Portion size guidance?

Despite my best efforts, my 7 yr old dd who is also tall, is looking distinctly tubby. She has always been either actually overweight or very much in the verge of it so it's not a growth spurt thing.
She eats healthily but does have a big appetite and is not very physical (would prefer to read a book) though we go out every day somewhere and walk to and from school.
Is there some guidance somewhere on portion sizes so I can check they're not too big?
I cook practically everything from scratch and she has packed lunches when at school - her packed lunch contains one pitta with tuna, sweetcorn and mayo (or grated cheese/ ham), a piece of fruit or carrot, a pack of fruit flakes or pot of fruit and a babybel or cheese string ie there's usually 4 items (inc the sandwich) of which 2 are savoury and 2 are sweet but never sweets.
For meals I tend to work on her eating around half what I do (eg her and ds share a chicken breast and a jacket potato).
My dh is obese and I am not and I so do not want her to be ( she is oblivious so far but I am worried about her being called fat when she starts junior school in sept)
Sorry this is so long!!!? In short, is there guidance somewhere on portion sizes or do I keep trying to reduce intake and increase activity (as per the last 5 yrs!)

Some helpful info here - portion sizes for your DD's age should be about 1/3 of an adult's...

Thanks, she would have 2 weetabix or a bowl of raisin wheats for breakfast.
So today she has had
Raisin wheats,
Approx 6 chocolate raisins
An apple, a nectarine, some cherries
Pitta with Tuna and sweetcorn, hard boiled egg, raw carrot
Mr whippy ice cream
1/2 chicken breast, 4 small new pots, v small amount roast veg (hates it but did try it)
Long walk/ scooter to and from park 20 mins each way, uphill home, plus 3 hours at the park, climbing trees, playing hide and seek
I guess even as I write this I now that most days are not as active as this

She has free access to the fruit bowl and snacks a lot on fruit, it is the only food she helps herself to.
But I don't feel I can stop this entirely ( I do sometimes restrain fruit intake)
