Is there anything I can try to calm down my 7 year old daughter naturally?

Hi, my daughter has some special needs and is very hyperactive. She finds it hard to listen to instruction and just rabbits none stop.
I loose count of the amount of times I have to ask her to pay attention to what's being said. She can be calm and relaxed, usually when we are at home on our own.
I'm wondering if there is anything we can try diet wise? We do try to avoid artificial colours/ preservatives where possible. She won't drink camomile tea.
Or any excersises, meditation... I'm willing to try anything.

I'm just worried she'll never be able to learn anything or take anything in if her mind is always racing.

There is A herbal type medicine you could try its called Behaviour Balance. I've heard mixed reviews some say it works others say not. You can get it online. What about fish oil? I used to get mini MorEPA for my dd as she has ADHD. This fish oil is more expensive but it contains the right proportions of EPA and DHA to work for hyper kids. I bought mine online x

I would suggest fish oils and cutting excess sugar, colourings and additives from her diet.

Thank you both. Smile I'll look up behaviour balance. She was taking olmega 3 fish oils. The IQ ones, but stopped a while ago I don't know why. Confused I think we just forgot several doses then that was that. I'll put her back on it as she has got worse recently.
I wouldn't be supprised if she does have a mild form of ADHD to be honest. She is able to relax to a film though and isn't physically hyper, so maybe not.
