Night routine broken, help!

Hi, can anyone help? I'm struggling and don't know what I'm doing wrong!

My 13 week old (born 8 weeks early) was settled into a lovely bedtime routine within a week of coming home from hospital. She would have a bath, story and bottle at 6pm every night and then be asleep at 7pm. I would then feed her at 11am and she would wake up once during the night, bang on 3am, before she woke at 7am.

Over the last week everything has changed. I still stick to the same bedtime routine but she is now waking up either 2 or 3 hours after her 11pm feed. She isn't that hungry, she only has a small amount of milk, but she then wakes again either once or twice during the night.

Does anyone know the reason for this or more importantly how I can get her back into her normal routine? Nothing has changed in her daily routine.

I haven't got a cluewhy she is doing this and I'm starting to feel useless/worry!
Thanks in advance for all your help

Growth spurt
You aren't doing anything wrong ... She is only 5 weeks old if you take her adjusted age and it is usual that a child of that age doesn't sleep though consistently

Is your LO pooing and weeing well and gaining weight?

Hi, yep, everything is as it should be, over double her birth weight and plenty of wet and dirty nappies.

Do I need to do anything or just give her time?

Waking four or five times within a twelve hour period is pretty normal at that age, I'd say, hard as it is for the poor parents and in spite of what some baby experts would have us believe Smile.

I mean baby 'experts'!
