She is to have an appointment to the Enurises (sp) clinic and we are getting a referral to the Family Support Team (who ever they are)

At last - when I told the school nurse that she had wet everynight for a week (bar Friday) - she said DD never mentioned it - and I said - she could come and see the pile of washing/drying

She finally said that there might be "some sort of problem"

Good luck.

DS had to wait until he was 7 for a referral one September - was dry by christmas. I have posted a few times about their advice - mainly drinking MORE & stretching bladder & practising "hanging on".

He was extremely nervous about going to the clinic, in case met someone he knew. Then realised, there would only be one reason they would know why he was there

Wishing you a speedy result.

Thanks - she was completely dry from about 3 and a half up til last Feb (when she was being bullied) and it hasn't stopped even though the school assures us the bullying has

Oh - sorry, didn't know the history.

Hope they can help her anyway.

DS really wanted a sleepover, and that was his reward once problem solved!

It's OK in the hols but comes back when school starts

The enuresis nurse rang - and is very concerned that it is an emotional problem

She was shocked that dd had been dry for over 4 yrs then started to wet due to bullying and that the school/school nurse say she isn't being bullied anymore....her reatcion is "if she's still wetting then there is still something going on" (which is what I have felt all along)

I should have an appointment date with in the next 2 weeks(the date I mean not the appointment)

She is to have a star chart (at 8)

She has to drink 2 litres of fluid and go to the loo 7 times a day

God knows how she will manage that

I only go about 7 times - and I have been incontinent (tho' it's fixed now - but I still go often)
