Just as it says really, DD1 screamed and kept going, and there was quite a lot of blood. Poor child, I am not sure I handled it well. I picked her up and cuddled her, cleaned her up and then told DD2 that she had hurt big sister. She was made to say sorry and give her a cuddle.....I am not sure what else I could have done. If anyone could advise I would grateful.

I wouldn't put it past my DD to do that when DS's teeth start to fall out.

With a bit of luck your DD2 is so freaked out by it she will have learnt her lesson. Your poor DD1 Sad.

I am not sure she totally realised what she did, only that her sister made a big fun squeaky noise.

Dentistry can be a very well-rewarded career. Perhaps you should encourage your DD2 in her new-found interest.

I would only start to worry if she starts looming over you in the night with a drill or takes an unhealthy interest in The Marathon Man^.
