just that really. ds is 8, his sister is two. most people dread the "terrible twos" but for us its a great time, she's just calming down and the tantrums are now a few a week rather that 15 a day as previous! he's really horrible to her at times though. teases her terribly. on the odd occasion that she comes for a kiss he pushes her away and he will never hug her. its a shame really as if im honest, she loves him more than she loves anyone, including me! i know its jealousy but unfortunatly i have no choice but to do more things for her, she's a baby. ive tried explaining this but he doesnt seem to take it in.

Don't know - have the same prob (2 dds, aged 3.4 and 1 next week).

Will watch this thread with interest.

(I remember being VILE to my dsis whn we were kids despite constantly getting into trouble for it, so I don't know if its just nature IYKWIM!)

its just so out of character for him. the child does not have a nasty bone in his body. he never has tantrums (even when he was a toddler) and if he has a temper, ive never seen it. he is the most loving child you could wish for and so laid back its untrue. hes practically scared of his own shadow. the only thing ive noticed with him is that he seems moody (in a sulky way) just lately. he's not aggressive in any way whatsoever.
