Is this "Normal" toddler behaviour?

Running round and round the table?
She has been doing this a lot tonight.
She does quite a lot of laps then she goes and watches tele then comes back and runs round and round again.
Another thing she likes doing is spinning round and getting dizzy.

How old is she?

Is in our house.
DS was doing laps of the aisles in Co-Op this afternoon. I am 37 wks pg and just could not bring myself to chase him.

Sounds it to me. Re the making self dizzy thing, I think they just experiment when they first realise they can do it and it's a novel experience.

She is 2 years 10 months

Gah...my son about the same age and he does head stands; then eats a potato then another head stand...and so on...

Well my ds is only 22 mo but loves running round the table, giggling like a maniac and then collapsing in a heap when he can't do any more. It seems fun to me

My DD does this too (21 months). She also runs round in mini circles til she falls over.

My DS does this. he loves doing laps and practicing getting dizzy and falling down. thought it was peculiar until we went camping with some friends and their little boy did exactly the same thing - they had a 'dizzy off' to see who could do it longest I think.

Yup perfectly exasperating normal

If it's not normal, it's certainly common. My 1.5 yo declares 'dizzy' when he spins & only does it more if you tell him to stop. Runs around furniture screaming, daily.

Very very normal, ds2 is three and does it alot, he doesn't like being spun around though..

How can it be abnormal? What could it possibly be a sinister indication of..?
I thought all children liked feeling dizzy, hence why roundabouts in swing parks are so popular.
