Good grief, came out of no where last week. Saint LO is now a devil with red mist

Make sure they are safe from hurting themselves then walk away, well that worked for my ds, he only had tantrums in the house, no idea what to do in public!

He nly had tantrums in the house?? Lucky you, we seems to want to have them everywhere! He is soooooo frustrated, wants to do all the things his big brother can do :(

I'm entering similar territory with 16mo DD.

At home I try to ignore it so she doesn't get the required attention.

It hasn't really happened too much in public yet, apart from the really fun game of 'folding rigid/back-arching child into car seat/buggy'. Could do with a manual on that one

I am quite alarmed by how cross he is. He got so cross that the train wouldn't do what he wanted it to today, that he throw the train track across the room!

Depends - if he's upset because he can't do something (eg because he doesn't know how) I'll comfort him and say "DS is angry". But if ifs because I won't let him do/have something then I ignore.
