DS 7months and is soooo fussy. On 3 meals a day, just gone off poridge which he loved. Not keen on meat, will take some homemade food but prefers Ellas kitchen. Loves fruit pots (great for constipation!). Any thoughts? I am a fussy eater and l really hope he doesnt go the same way

i wouldn't worry too much he's still very young.
My DS went off porridge but it was just a phase and now he's back on it, but it did give us the opportunity to discover what else he likes - toast, alpen, weatabix, fromage frais etc etc - he's not a big breakfast eater and you might find that your DS isn't either.

Meat at 7 months will be difficult for him to chew and digest so that may be why he isn't keen - do you puree it?
Sorry to say but the ella's kitchens probably have more flavour than home cooked which could be why he prefers them. Just keep giving him options.
My ds is 18 months and although at 7 months he went through phases of not eating certain things he's now got a huge appetite for everything with the exception of bananas.

Thanks thats really helpful. I do puree meat but maybe l need to do it for longer. DS loves bananas, think if l added bananas or apples to anything he would love it!
Tried a different brand of porridge and he seemed to take that okay. Not really cutting down on his milk either, weight seems to be fine.

totally normal. and also my ds didn't really eat anything til 10 months, which is also totally normal. he tried things every now and then, then didn't etc. nothing regular til 14 months

We added apple to new flavours for the first few times DD had it then cut down the amount of apple gradually. He's only young - I wouldn't worry too much now about it.

Thats great, really reassuring thank you! Also doesnt like water, even tried flavoured stuff but dribbled more than he took. Likes holding the cup though!

Again, I wouldn't get too hung up on water yet - provide it with each meal and he will get better and better with it...
