This is probably in the wrong place, so sorry in advance.

My ds is 4 he has never had solid poo's they are always loose, since starting reception,he has had a few accidents at school (has not ever had them at home) It always seems to be after lunch. And i am starting the think its food related, i have been to the doc, and she was dismissive, saying if there was a pooing issue it would effect him weeing too [confuse] I myself have ibs, could this be what is going on.

Perhaps the new food at school is not agreeing with him, The problem has stopped now as he is having packed lunch.

Anyone have any experience of anything similar?

Your GP sounds very unhelpful. It may be toddler diarrhea or it might be something he's eating. Does he try to go to the toilet after lunch at school? Perhaps it's hard for him to get to the loo because of lunch timings. Could the teacher make it easier for him?

He has to run sometimes, and he says it just comes out too quickly Sad he also goes up to 3 times a day, everyday. I think he has a delicate tummy ( i cook from fresh at home, don't think the school caterers do) Perhaps its additives causing it.

Maybe. Lots of toddlers do get the runs. Does he drink anything other than water. DD will get a tummy upset if she has juice sometimes. But it seems to be random combinations - for example juice plus bread. Confused

Can he not go back to packed lunches then if it solves the problem?

Incidentally I don't think school lunches are allowed to have additives in these days!

i would not feed any milk cheese or eggs for 2 weeks and see if anything improves
try every morning yokult or similar (netter still ask in an health food shop)
if he likes it, freshly squashed lemonade with honey
also water down cranberry and blackberry wuthour added sugar

whomove acidic juice and bread actually dont agree with everybody at all
