At what age do children's nipples go outwards?

Or are they normally always sticking out?

Just wondering, as DD's go inward and never (probably obviously) never noticed if any other child's does, or at what age the revert if that is so.

As you can tell frommy recent post, this is an area my DD has been very interested in lately.

The other night she was concerned because 1 was in and 1 was out. After she'd had her shower, they were both out and when she was dried and in her nighty and warm, both were in.

So my verdict is a changeable one!!!

My nipples stuck in until I had a baby.. some girls just do. They came out when I started breastfeeding and it didn't cause any problems.
