I have never been on a decent holiday so we would like to arrange a holiday or have a few days out. We are expecting a baby though and would like to save the money for when the baby is born so we can have more fun. However we can't remember much about child development. We want to wait until the baby is old enough to really enjoy it so we can make the most of it?

My dd is two and a half and i LOVE doing trips to park beach ect but thought she was a bit young to enjoy travel.Took her to Ireland at 1 and it was a nightmare(have family there) she fretted and asked where nana was ,took her at 2 and she was Great! I think it's because she was old enough for us to explain that it was only for a few days, then a few weeks ago we took her to a wedding in London and i was dreading it saying she wont jnow anyone, wont know where she is...bla bla...i had to drag her offf the dancefloor at 8.30!!!! But after saying all this i agree with Aloha, they are just happy to be with you and loved!
