Change in routine

My baby girl is 15 weeks old and from birth she has always fed 2 hourly and for the past 2 months she has 4oz. The past 2 weeks she begins crying for her feed (which is normal) but when I give her the bottle, she refuses it, moves her face away and she cries even harder. I feel like its a battle to feed her so I leave her go for a bit. Give it an hour or so later and she will drink it. Just wondering why when she has a routine it's changed. This only happens in the morning, by the late afternoon, she is back to 2hourly feeds. Nothing else in her routine has changed. Just a bit miffed. Anyone had anything similar or know why this is happening?

P.S. I have tried water as I thought it could be the weather but she don't want that either.

Sounds like a stupid question but maybe she's not hungry? As they grow older they often go longer between feeds and babies change their routine all the time. I would take a step back and offer her milk when she's showing hunger signs rather than the time since her last feed. If she refuses, leave it and try again if she's crying for it later. My DS2 was moving towards every 3 hours at that stage iirc. Btw they often feed more in the late pm / early evening to 'stock up' for the night, it's called cluster feeding apparently.

is she FF or BF. At 15 weeks i would have expected her to be on about 4 hourly feeds, taking between 4-7 oz

Could her crying be because she is tired rather than hungry?

She is being bottle fed, wouldn't go on the breast. Yeh I was hoping she would be longer between feeds as it's hard doing 2 hourly! When she cries, it's normally after a nap when her feed is due so I don't think she is crying due to tiredness. She's my only child so have no one else to compare her to. Yeh, I'm hoping that perhaps she is going longer between feeds. We'll see what happens. Thanks guys

Routines are pretty changeable at this age - I wouldn't expect anything to be set in stone for more than a fortnight or so.
